Shipping

We aim to ship items within 3-4 days of your order processing. However, since we are pouring to order, we may have to order supplies. Depending on the type and amount of items, your order could take up to 1 week to ship. If you need an item by a certain date, we will try to accommodate the best we can. Feel free to leave comments in your order form or send us a message if you have special inquiries.

Here are the different shipping options we offer for continental US shipments :

First Class : 2-5 days
Priority Mail : 2-3 days
Priority Mail Express : 1-2 days

Tracking

When you place an order with us, we’ll send you a confirmation email notifying you that we’ve received your order. Once we’ve filled your order, and your shipping label has been created you will receive an email containing the USPS tracking number and estimated arrival date.

At this point it will be your responsibility to contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 if any issues arise. If you wish your package to be insured, be sure to select Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express Option.

Returns

We will accept a return within 10 days of the ship date if the item is defective or damaged.
