Our refill packages are super easy to use and will extend your enjoyment of your dough bowl candles.

Each refill kit includes a full refill container made of soy wax in the scent of your choice, wicks,

Wick stickers, stir stick, and instructions.

Please inspect your your container carefully before microwaving to insure it has not cracked during

shipping… if container is damaged or cracked, remove wax from that container and place in a microwave safe bowl.

Here are the instructions that are included with your kit:

*Place a piece of wax paper or parchment paper down on your work space to make clean up easy.

* Clean your dough bowl with soap and water, and make sure it’s dry before you pour your refill kit.

* Peel the wick stickers and stick to the metal base of each wick. Make sure that you measure and mark the even spaces to place the wicks, and then place wicks on the marks to ensure the wax will melt evenly. (One reason why some candles don’t burn all the way across evenly is due to the fact that the heat wasn’t evenly distributed. Make sure you measure that out before placing wicks down.)

*Make sure wicks are upright, you can use tooth picks or pencils to keep the wicks upright (Wicks tend to lean over in hot wax.)

*Place the refill container with wax in it in the microwave for 2 min on Medium heat. (Be careful as wax will be liquid and HOT)

*Let the container with the melted wax sit for about 4-5 minutes (if the wax isn’t totally melted, stir wax with stir stick provided until all wax pieces are melted)

*Pour the melted wax into the prepped dough bowl container. Let your candle sit for at least 24 hours before lighting. Trim wicks to 1/2 inch (only when wax is hard)

Tips and Tricks

*Always keep the room temperature stable and don’t let fans or strong vents blow onto the candle while it sets.

*Pour your candle out of reach of small children and pets.

We want this to be fun and Safe! Please don’t leave lit candles unattended, once wick will no longer light, scrape remainder of wax into a safety tested warmer to use.
